Libertad Esmeralda Iocco | Pilates teacher and contemporary & tango dancer, movement researcher and dance teacher. Libertad comes from Argentina and speaks English, German and Spanish.
Andrea (Toti) Campos | Pilates trainer and nutritionist. Nourishing and moving the body is my passion. My goal is to share my knowledge with you and give you the tools to forge a healthy and strong bond with your body (Spanish - English).
Ilaria Palmieri | Professional dancer and a Pilates instructor. Ilaria have always been deeply curious about movement. Her journey into Pilates gave her the opportunity to dive deeper into this exploration, enhancing her own body awareness and allowing her to guide students towards a stronger connection between their body and mind. She is very passionate about helping her students gain better control over their bodies, increasing their perception and awareness in ways that support their overall well-being.
Arianna Di Palma | Contemporary dancer with a background in ballet and a dance pedagog. Likes to approach the wellness of the body through the joy of movement and to share her knowledge of body control with a creative approach.
Gabi Valdivia | a dancer, boleadora performer, and Pilates instructor with a deep passion for Vinyasa Yoga. Originally from Argentina she has always a motivating and approachable attitude. Her contagious energy and commitment to holistic well-being aim to inspire each student to push their own boundaries.
Lara Nikolic is a professional urban dance performer who brings passion and energy to every class. She teaches Urban Dances for all levels and Hip Hop Beginner, creating a space to learn, express yourself, and enjoy movement. Her classes cover the foundations of Hip Hop — basic steps, technique, and groove — perfect for building your skills as a dancer and developing your own style. With rhythm, attitude, and dedication, Lara invites you to experience urban dance from the inside out.
Giulia Bencina, born in Italy, is a versatile dancer who blends her experience across various dance styles with a deep connection to body movement. She teaches Pilates at different levels and Barre, combining all her knowledge to guide students in the care, strength, and awareness of their bodies. With a holistic approach, Giulia helps each person improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, connecting body and mind through mindful movement. Her energy and dedication make every class a unique experience of balance, strength, and harmony.
Francisco Alonso, trained in India with over 200 hours of Yoga and Meditation, shares his deep knowledge and experience through various styles of yoga, always guided by mindfulness, meditation, and conscious breathing. His approach invites you to reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and cultivate presence in every practice. With serenity and dedication, Francisco creates a space where each student can explore, balance, and deepen their physical and spiritual well-being.
